The MegaTix system combines a sophisticated electronic trade system controlling multiple selling channels including a unique ticket printing station, to give a total low cost solution for all clients. The MegaTix Instant Rewards platform was developed to solve the existing business challenges of costly, labour intensive and insecure ticket and voucher distribution, which has prevented many public and corporate organisations from offering value member programs.

The MegaTix system distribution network

End-users can choose to purchase tickets from a variety of selling channels.

  1. Internet and/or Intranet - purchasing tickets over the company's commercial Internet website or secure intranet.
  2. Mobile Phone (WAP / SHTML) - purchasing tickets through mobile phones. This option includes immediate purchase options after an SMS announcement of ticket presales.
  3. MegaTix Ticket Purchasing and Issuing Kiosks – purchasing or picking up tickets through MegaTix kiosks which are connected through cellular data link to the company's servers and allow ticket purchase by credit cards.
  4. The Company's Existing Box Offices - purchasing tickets from the manned box office cashiers. By implementing MegaTix system this option will eventually become redundant.

Optional:

  1. Manned Call Centre - Purchasing tickets through manned call center, available during working hours.
  2. Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) - purchasing tickets through an interactive voice response system that is available 24 hours a day.

After purchasing tickets via one of these channels, the client can obtain the tickets from any distribution channel.

The distributions channels include:

  1. MegaTix Ticket Purchasing and Issuing Kiosks – purchasing or picking up tickets through MegaTix kiosks which are connected through cellular data link to the company's servers and allow ticket purchase by credit cards.
  2. Print@home – PDF tickets sent via email directly after a purchase that is printed from any home printer. A special web based application will be supplied to validate PDF at the outlet for added security.
  3. Promotional Codes – to use in other affiliated websites where there is no ticketing need required for redemption.
  4. Agent pick up – secure tickets are sent to selected agents for customers to pick up.
  5. Mail to home – secure tickets are sent to customers through registered post.

Since the costs of deploying MegaTix stations is considerably cheaper than other alternatives, ICMega plans to deploy MegaTix stations at many more locations such as: offices, clubs, shopping centres, post offices, banks, petrol stations etc. Indeed a MegaTix station can be placed in any strategic gathering point for relevant audience, making it more convenient to pick up tickets & vouchers.

Indoor Kiosk with a 17"inch touch screen ideally suited for browsing, purchasing and collecting ticket/vouchers and offers many more new ways of purchasing and promotion as it is a full replication of what is offered on the website.

Outdoor kiosk specially designed for collection of ticket and vouchers in external public locations.

This is a major ticket system advance and ICMega can now offer ticket distribution and voucher in indoor and outdoor locations integrated into the one system.
