Traditional systems are generally initiated by a member program operator who commonly charge ongoing annual fees to cover the costs that our technology eliminates. Orders for tickets/vouchers are placed with suppliers which are manually selected, pre-purchased, printed, sorted and delivered to the program operator for distribution to their clients. This is a time consuming and costly physical distribution system for the supplier, while the traditional alternative 'print @ home' options compromise ticket and voucher security. This limits the supplier's willingness to offer valuable discounts as it creates redemption issues.

The program operator then must physically sort the tickets/vouchers by client and deliver them by courier to the client, adding another level of cost to the process. The client organisations will then physically sort and distribute the tickets/vouchers to the appropriate members. This is a further layer of costs within the system. On top of these distribution costs, the program operator also has the added cost of holding any surplus tickets, theft, and member errors that arise as a result of the manual system.
